Grant Reports

A Final Report is required from all grant recipients either upon the completion of the project or by the date specified in the award letter (customarily in January of the following year), whichever comes first.

If the project is not completed by the final report deadline, a progress report should be submitted in its stead, with a final report to immediately follow completion of the project.

Failure to submit a Final Report makes it difficult for the board to assess the success of a project and reflects poorly on the organization failing to account for its grant. The two forms, which together comprise the Final Report, can be downloaded below:

For an exemplary Final Report which fulfills the expectations of the board, see the following report from the Sitka High School science department:

While embellishes such as photographs, participant evaluations, and media reports are welcome by the board, they are not required.
